Many of us often feel constricted by perfectionism and weighed down by fear of failure. Life is too short for us to be so hard on ourselves. We owe it to ourselves to be curious, playful, and open in our experiences! If you are feeling burnt out or worn down, this series might be for you. Each class will open with a quote or book excerpt followed by a presentation exploring a creative project by an artist or maker. The class will conclude with tips, prompts, and mini projects to inspire creativity throughout the upcoming week.
