Invisible Labor Art Lab at William King Museum of Art

In this Zoom lecture, Dir. of Higher Education, Laken Bridges, will discuss her own work in visual arts. Bridges’ studio practice includes drawing, printmaking, and installation, with works ranging from 12 inches to 12 feet. Her research examines labor and social class with an emphasis on domestic and manual work. Guests are encouraged to join Bridges in considering who and what society values, and how art can start difficult conversations.

FREE zoom lecture (registration required for meeting room access)

Students and instructors are required to wear a mask and maintain physical distance. Class seating will be limited to 8 students or less. Minimum enrollment of 4 students. Students must register a minimum of one week in advance of any class. Masks are required for students and instructors.
