Tour Services Offered

Meet and Greet – Enjoy a greeting from a Museum staff member and take a self-guided tour through the Museum.

Basic Fee:

Groups of 25-49 people $50
Groups of 50-75 people $100
Groups of 75-99 people $150
Groups of 100-150 people $200

Guided Tours – Trained docents lead engaging one hour tours which can be tailored to the interests of your group.

Basic Fee plus $30 per docent *

Curator Conversations – Enhance your groups experience with a fascinating insider talk by one of the Museum’s resident experts.

Basic Fee plus $75 curator fee *

Morning Coffee or Afternoon Tea – Take a self-guided tour and enjoy locally roasted coffee with pastries or an afternoon tea in the stunning Museum set in a 1913 former school renovated to exacting museum standards.

Basic Fee plus $12 per person *

Conference Room – Seating for 25 in a beautifully decorated intimate setting. *

$45 for use of room during Museum hours, seats up to 23 people.*
$60 use of room plus projector, screen and internet.*

Special Amenities for Group Tours –Coach parking, and 15% discount in the Looking Glass Museum Store.

*Minimum one week advance reservation. Coffee, tea, scones or lunch available on request.
